Sahyog Diamond ("we", "us", "our") operates this website to share information about our diamond manufacturing, import and export business and to receive wholesale inquiries. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and who we share it with.

When you submit the contact form or the wholesale pricing popup on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, company name, email address, and any message or requirements you share with us. You can also give us a WhatsApp number, but this is optional.
How We Use It
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide wholesale pricing and product information, and follow up on potential or existing business with you. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third-Party Services
This site uses the following third-party services to operate:
- FormSubmit. Our contact and popup forms are processed by FormSubmit.co, which delivers your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit's own privacy practices apply to how your data is transmitted; see their privacy policy.
- Google Maps. Our contact section embeds a Google Map. Loading this embed may allow Google to set cookies in your browser.
- WhatsApp. The WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat via WhatsApp's own service, governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Data Retention
We keep inquiry records for 36 months from our last contact with you, after which we delete them. If you would like your information removed sooner, contact us and we will delete it.

Sahyog Diamond is based in India, and our forms are processed by FormSubmit. Information you send us is therefore transferred outside the European Economic Area.
